Ideally, bathrooms should be located in the northwest or southeast direction, while avoiding the northeast zone, which is considered highly sacred. Proper ventilation and natural light are essential to maintain positive energy and hygiene. 

The toilet seat should preferably face north or south, and water outlets should be directed towards the north or east. Keeping the bathroom clean, dry, and clutter-free helps prevent negative energy accumulation. Using light colors and ensuring that doors remain closed when not in use further enhances harmony and balance in the living space.
